Safety Precautions for the 60 Two-Head Paper Core Machine
Safety Precautions
1.Users are advised to read this manual carefully before using the machine (especially the precautions specially noted in the manual), and to master the correct start-up procedure before operating it.
2.While the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands into any moving part of the machine (especially the belt).
3.The area around the machine should be clean, tidy and well lit, and no other miscellaneous items should be placed nearby, so as not to inconvenience the operator.
4.Before starting the machine, make sure that the screws and bolts of all moving parts are firmly fastened.
5.The power supply must be cut off before maintenance.
6.Lubricating oil and grease must be applied regularly to the chains, gears, shafts and all other parts requiring lubrication, to ensure equipment safety and service life.
7.Do not touch the voltage supply, the motor or any parts with high-voltage terminals, so as to avoid the risk of electric shock.
8.Never touch switches with wet hands, otherwise electric shock may occur.
9.The machine must be powered off when installing fuses.
10.A separate grounding wire should be used, and its length should be as short as possible.
