Generally, the choice can be made on the basis of the following four aspects. 1. Whether the production speed can meet your production requirements. 2. The automatic control system is the key to keeping all functions working properly and to providing automatic protection against faults and unexpected situations, so before buying, find out in detail how the control system is set up. 3. Mechanical structure: the collection, arrangement and alignment of the products are the key to a fully automatic core cutter, so before buying, confirm that the mechanical structural components can meet your production needs. There are generally four packing methods available — grabbing, clamping, suction and pushing — which can be selected according to your requirements. 4. Internal configuration: only a good configuration can guarantee product quality, so when selecting, check whether the internal components come from better-quality brands

The preparations before running mainly cover five items. 1. Prepare the raw paper tapes: slit the base paper into tapes of the specified width; the first sheet should be the same width as the belt or 1.2mm wider. 2. Apply lubricating oil to the inside of the bottom ply: the bottom ply rotates along the outer circumference of the fixed mandrel, so to reduce friction an appropriate amount of lubricant (liquid paraffin, refined vegetable oil, silicone oil, etc.) must be applied to the contact surface. Too much lubricant causes slipping, while too little, or the wrong type of lubricant, will prevent the tape from running properly. 3. Prepare the adhesive for the second and Nth plies; a fast-drying chemical paste (polyvinyl acetate) is commonly used. 4. Electrical connections: after connecting the three-phase power supply, first run the machine without load and confirm that the motor rotates in the correct direction, then feed in the excitation current so that the output shaft rotates in the same direction as the motor. 5. Connect the compressed air line and adjust the pressure, which is normally maintained at 0.4~0.6MPa
